The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room and dining room. This is a proper old New York building with lots of character. There is a tiny third room at the front that will be used for storage.

The apartment features a washer/dryer, deep old-fashioned kitchen sink, natural light, original bathtub, projector, sonos, espresso machine, linens, etc.

Utilities are included - water, gas, internet, electricity. I have lived here for over five years. The supers live on the first floor of the building (12+ years now) and are available in case anything is needed. Upstairs you have an artist and a professor, downstairs are a public school art teacher and bar owner. This is a supportive and peaceful building split into three apartments.
