We are looking for someone to sublet our 2 br/1 ba apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens for the months of April, May, and June. The apartment is currently configured as a 1 br/1 office. The apartment has 12 ft tall ceilings and gets a lot of natural light. It also features a balcony overlooking the playground next door which is lovely in the late spring/early summer.

We have a little bit of wiggle room on the start and end date (could do 4/1-7/1).

Rent: $3480
Utilities: $400/month
Security deposit (to be returned upon departure): $1740
