Hi there! My apt is located in Downtown Brooklyn (1 block from City Point). It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner apartment on the 8th floor with lots of natural light. The first bedroom has a queen sized mattress, closet, dresser, and mounted Smart TV. The second bedroom is used as an office/studio - I have a standing desk and monitor which you’re welcome to use. I also have a comfy Queen sized air mattress if you wanted to make it another bedroom.
The living area is very open with tons of natural light. I have a record player which you’re welcome to use, as well as a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Mubi, HBO, etc.
The apartment has in unit laundry, A/C, dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen (Nespresso, tea kettle, coffee grinder, rice cooker, etc.). You’ll also have access to the building amenities: 24/7 doorman, 2 lounges (7th and 58th floor), BBQ area/picnic tables, rooftop access w/ seating, gym, and monitored package room. Absolutely no parties allowed, but guests are welcome to visit!
I’m a Brooklyn based designer and my pronouns are she/her. I’ve lived in NYC for 10 years and have called this apartment home for the last 4 years. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and regularly have a cleaner come. I work from home and am available to show the space during the day and some evenings/weekends.
I split my time between NYC, Paris, and Buenos Aires so I’m often subletting my place. Feel free to reach out to me about alternative dates! FYI - I'll be subletting my apt for the month of March 2025 if that's of interest.

Rent is $1350/week or $300/day or $5100/month. Cleaning fee is $150. A security deposit of $1500 is also required (no matter what the length of stay is), and is returnable within 7 days after your stay. I'm happy to send a formal sublease agreement with these terms. Depending on the length of your stay and/or if you have a pet I may ask for a small deposit and increased cleaning fee.
I don't require a background check, but preference is giving to folks that can provide references and show proof of income.
I work from home and can typically show the space during the day or some evenings/weekends. I can also show the space virtually over FaceTime.
Ideally, I'd rent out to a couple, or 1-2 people but can be flexible. Preference is giving to folks who can stay the entire time the apt is available. I am also going to be looking for a subleaser for the month of March 2025, so if that is of interest please don't hesitate to reach out!
