I'm subletting a room in my 2 BR / 2 Bath in the East Village, I am technically your roommate but I live at the office all day and nights sleep at my boyfriends so you will honestly will see me a few times a month and I’ll text you before I come over! I’m also flexible on renting out the whole place if you want the whole space to yourself and overall the dates are flexible so please reach out!

There is a ton of natural light and the building has a lot of families and kids, along with a doorman, buzzer, gym in the building and a shared terrance / communal space on the secord floor - accessible for a wheelchair!

The apartment itself is 2 bd/2 bath with a ton of natural light coming through with floor to ceiling window. We have a ton of plants and a piano as well that whoever lives is happy to plan. We have all new Viking kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer in unit that was installed within the year.

FYI - our living room furniture has changed as we remodeled since we got professional pictures taken but if interested, I will give a tour over facetime!

Wifi included in rent but utilities are not.

Trader Joes is 3 blocks away, the famous Katz deli is a few blocks away, Whole foods down the street and the 2nd Ave subway stop is the nearest!

I own this apartment and have lived here for 3 years, my roommate is moving out and I am looking to rent out her room or the whole place - I travel a lot for work so I am often never home anyways. Please reach out if interested!
