We are traveling for the winter (possibly longer) and have 2 fully furnished homes for rent on our 1.5 acre property in Accord. 2 hour drive from NYC and close to lots of great nature in the Mohonk Preserve and Catskills. Near restaurants like Inness, Arrowood, Upstate Taco, Ollie's Pizza, and more. Short drive to towns like Woodstock, Kingston, and New Paltz. Under an hour to ski at Belleayre or Hunter. Here are the details:

THE COTTAGE
Smaller 1br 1ba cozy little home with sectional couch, queen bed, built-in desk, fold out dining table, propane burning stove, newly updated kitchen and bathroom.

THE MAIN HOUSE
Larger 1br 1ba craftsman-style home with wood burning stove, comfy sectional, TV nook, back deck with gas grill for the warmer sunny days, and sauna for the colder ones! Incredible lighting throughout, especially during winter. Bedroom with queen bed upstairs. We live in this house so we use our primary bedroom as sort of a storage unit while we're away -- we keep that locked off but you'll have access to the rest of the house.

Available weekly or monthly. Preference for longer term but flexible on dates to an extent. Let us know what you're looking for and we will try to make it work! The cottage is $800/ week or $2500/ month. The main house is $1000/ week or $3200/ month. Rent both homes for $1600/ week or $5000/ month. All utilities (gas, electric, trash, water, internet, snow plowing) included.
