There is a doorman and elevator access as well. The apartment has up to date appliances (dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer) and central air/heating. The apartment will be unfurnished and tenant pays for electric and wifi.

Application/credit check fee is $20.
The following are required from all applicants:
1. A completed application
2. An employment letter stating current salary and length of employment
3. A current bank statement
4. 2 recent pay-stubs, 4 if you are compensated weekly
5. Photocopy of government-issued ID
6. Mortgage statement, tax bill or deed (if landlord of current residence)
7. Tax returns for the last two (2) years
If you are self-employed:
1. A completed application
2. A current bank statement
3. Photocopy of government-issued ID
4. Tax returns for the past two (2) years
5. A certified public accountant (CPA) letter stating your annual salary.
6. Mortgage statement, tax bill or deed (if landlord of current residence)
If you are a student:
1. A completed application
2. A current bank statement
3. Photocopy of government-issued ID
4. A copy of your student identification
5. Acceptance letter or most recent class schedule
If you are a guarantor:
1. A completed application
2. An employment letter stating current salary and length of employment
3. A current bank statement
4. 2 recent pay stubs, 4 if you are compensated weekly
5. Photocopy of government-issued ID
6. Mortgage statement, tax bill or deed (if landlord of current residence)

Credit check fee of $20.00 per applicant (guarantors count as applicants)
