The building has great amenities - tennis court, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym. We have 2 tandem parking spots.

Quiet, but walking distance to the Westfield Topanga mall and village. I joke that this is the most convenient place on the planet - every store is here other than ikea. We are less than 10 minutes from Victory trail head and 25 min to Malibu, driving through the gorgeous Topanga Canyon.
