Hi! My roommate and I are looking for two new roommates to move into 2 available rooms in our apartment in Bushwick. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath, with a backyard one block from the Kosciusko J stop. Ideally, move-in date will be February 1. Longer term sublets are preferred but we can be flexible depending on the situation. We’re 26 and 30 years old and we each have a cat. We like to keep a pretty clean space but do a lot of cooking, and have other crafty hobbies as well. 1200/month plus utilities.

I like to cook and create art and music but mainly keep my hobbies contained to my bedroom or the kitchen. I have a sweet 9 yr old black cat who is very social but she can be somewhat territorial. So if you have a pet, they will have to sort it out amongst themselves to an extent.
