I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and love it! The apartment is a 15-minute walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. 5-minute walk to the 2345, near tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Citibike station on the corner.

First floor: large sunny living room, open kitchen, pantry, 3 bedrooms, full bath.
Back bedroom: small, great window and large closet. $1,350.
Front bedroom: medium-sized, with a small window and a small closet. $1,330.
Basement: huge, two separate areas with room for desks, half bath.
Private backyard with a fire pit.
Laundry and bike storage in the building.

The apartment is fully furnished (very happy to incorporate your art, furniture, etc.!); the rooms are not.

Please be clean, respectful of common areas, and open to hosting the occasional party.

It's a big space to keep clean, so we hire a monthly cleaner for $35 each.
