Two rooms are opening up in this sprawling three bedroom Cobble Hill apartment starting on March 1. There's just one month left on the current lease and then the lease renews for 12 months on April 1. Rent for the larger of the two rooms pictured here is $1350 for March and then will go up to $1400 starting April 1. The smaller room (fits a full size bed) is currently $1250 and will go up to $1300 on April 1. Both rooms have closets and nice windows. So, you could do a lease takeover for just the larger room, rent both rooms and use the smaller one as an office, or move in with a friend.
The third room is rented by a journalist in her mid-twenties who is staying in the apartment when the lease renews. A lot of the living room furniture is leaving the apartment so this is a good move for someone who has living room furniture they want to bring with them.
The apartment is in a brownstone at the intersection of Clinton St. and Warren St. (a block from Cobble Hill Park) with tons of amazing restaurants, bars, shops, a farmers market, and the waterfront all nearby. It's very easy to commute to Manhattan (you can be in lower Manhattan in 20 minutes).
There's a dishwasher, but no washer dryer.
I'm a 29 year old woman. I direct and produce documentaries. I lived here for almost five years and before that it was my sister's apartment. It's a true gem and I will miss it!

The landlord -- who is really chill and lives in the building -- will probably ask you for a security deposit and first month's rent.
