-- 12-month availability (to October 31, 2025).
-- No pets (I'm allergic) or smoke in the apartment.

I'm clean, considerate, and proactive about taking care of common space, and I'd appreciate roommate(s) who act similarly. I value open communication and want to live in a place where the common areas really feel like home. I'm outgoing but happy to meet roommates where they are (we don't need to be best friends!), and I also enjoy time at home with a book, my knitting, or a puzzle. I'm moving to NYC from Paris, where I spent the last year working on an urban history project -- I love exploring cities and am excited to get settled here.
