Hi! I am subleasing my 2bd/2ba Venice loft. I am traveling from May - September and am open to weekly or monthly rentals.

It is 1,500 square foot loft that is four stories with a garage, outdoor space, washer/dryer/dishwasher etc. It is part of a gated townhouse complex off of Abbot Kinney.

The bottom floor has been converted into a second bedroom but could be reverted back into an office space or photography studio. The primary bedroom on the top floor has a walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom.

It is two blocks from Abbott Kinney and a 5min walk to the beach. The building is secure with a gate and the neighbors are all very friendly.

We keep is super clean, so I would please request that you do the same or pay a weekly cleaning fee. We are flexible and happy to work out an arrangement.
