We're moving out of town and are looking for great tenants to take over our beloved Bushwick apartment. We've absolutely loved living here and want to find people who will enjoy it as much as we have!

Located on Hancock St, between Wycoff and Wilson, our first-floor apartment (813 sqft) was built in 2020 and has been the perfect home for us - with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern finishes, hardwood floors throughout, and best of all, a private backyard that's been amazing for morning coffee and summer drinks. The open layout between the living room, dining area, and kitchen has been great for hosting friends.

The location is convenient - we're close (.5 miles) to both the L and J trains, making commuting a breeze. The neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance (happy to share our favorite local spots!).

The apartment has central a/c and heating, it also comes with in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and has available storage space in the basement. We are also happy to talk about leaving it furnished if that is something you are interested in.

Available March 29, 2025 for a 12-month lease with the possibility of extension. We'd love to tell you more about why we've enjoyed living here so much!

When I moved to New York 10 years ago I never thought I would be able to own my own place. After a lot of work, and savings, my husband and I bought this apartment in 2021.

We love to garden and have a dog so this space was perfect for us with that big backyard. My husband works from home so the second room easily became his office and our guest room. The main room is huge and the 2 bathrooms are such a luxury to have in the city it really made our lives much more comfortable.

We have little by little built this home for ourselves, finding the right couch, chair, art and we hope someone else can enjoy it too.
