-Both rooms have queen beds, primary bedroom has walk-in closet and attached bathroom
-WFH setup for 2 people (office chair, monitor, keyboard, 1 adjustable height desk)
-In-unit washer dryer and dishwasher
-Private balcony
-Luxury building with doorman, mail room, gym, and rooftop terrace
-Whole Foods supermarket in the building
-Amazing connectivity: 2 min walk to 9 subway lines (2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R), 4 min walk to G, and 8 min to A/C
-Fort Greene Park is a 10 min walk and Prospect Park 20 min

We are looking to sublet from mid Feb - early July, have some flexibility with dates on either side.

Subletting below cost - we want to make sure we find the right fit for our home :)
