It's a doorman building with gym, in-unit washer dryer, and rooftop. All utilities included.

We cherish our home and are looking for someone who would treat our space like their own.

Room 1 is furnished with a queen bed and ample closet space.

Room 2 is furnished with twin daybed and a large work surface area (standing desk).

Each room has its own bathroom; one shower and one bathtub. Living room has a small dining corner for meals.

All rooms have giant floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light, and split A/C units for heating & cooling.

Neighborhood is walkable and friendly, filled with cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and close to Prospect Park and major subway lines.

Note: We live with a cat and hypoallergenic dog. The place will be professionally deep cleaned prior to your arrival, but it will probably not fit you if you are allergic to pets.
