The apartment is located on the first floor, there is 2 bedrooms, a giant living room and kitchen/bathroom on the opposite side of the living room with access to our private backyard.

This is my partner and I personal/principal home and we are looking for 1-4 people that are needing housing during the set dates. We will be away for our wedding and would like to host someone who likes cats and would keep our cat company during that period, hence reduced rate for the stay.

Our apartment is furnished and will be cleaned prior to your arrival, we just ask that you leave it in the same condition it was in (: Cost includes all utilities: electric, gas, internet.

Bushwich is a great neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes and things to do around and it’s a short hop to Manhattan on the L-train.
