I’m currently renting out my place by the weekend / week or month for the next three months to interested parties. Rate is $1500/week
The space is not suitable for additional guests or parties and is pet friendly for up to two dogs.
The second bedroom can be converted into an office or yoga room with a Murphy bed that transforms up into the wall.
Washer and dryer inside the house as well as one allocated parking space in the driveway with ample street parking. Within walking distance to the Hyde Park metro station and public bus transportation.

I do require a small deposit and pet deposit as well as $125 cleaning fee and copies of drivers license and Sublet agreement
Pets Policy
This is a pet friendly house for up to two well-behaved dogs. There is a large fully fenced in backyard and front yard for all for friends. All pet waste must be cleaned and removed and pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time without using a supplied pet sheet
