Incredible duplex apartment with huge private roof deck available for these days (looking to rent for the entire stay 3/1-3/23, $3740 total). I'm located literally feet away from the Montrose L stop and walkable to all the best things in both Williamsburg and Bushwick.
This is on the fourth floor in a stairs-only building, so just need to make sure that won't be an issue.
