We are renting out our furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house for the first 3 weeks in April while travelling. Priority will be given to someone able to rent for the whole time, but we are open to shorter stays.

House is on a quiet country road with lots of trees, yard, and privacy. 15 min to Hudson, 10 min to Chatham, endless Berkshire and Catskill hikes within 30 min, Art Omi sculpture park very close, farmstands, swiming holes, and country roads for spring bike rides galore.

One bedroom + bathroom downstairs. Two bedrooms + 1 bathroom are upstairs. One bedroom is currently set up as a music studio but can be cleaned out to be a bedroom.

We are two artists living and working in the area. We will be travelling this spring and looking for someone who can enjoy the house and take good care of it while we're away.
