About the apartment:

- HUGE living space with a separated kitchen
- Kitchen has all new appliances (dishwasher too) and a large island for 4 people to eat at with ample counter space
- 2 full bathrooms with built-in storage
- TONS of storage space - closets in every bedroom, overhead storage above the closets
- 2 large bedrooms and an office, or a small 3rd bedroom that can fit a twin size bed.

Some of our favorite highlights:
- HEATED. FLOORS. The tile floors in the kitchen and in both bathrooms are heated and controlled by the thermostat. Which you also have control over (!!!!! in a new york rental???)
- There is no central AC but being able to control the heat in the winter is really nice (we also have 2 window AC units that we can leave installed for you)
- Right off the M train and multiple bus lines. Also by everything you could possibly need: multiple groceries, pharmacies, coffee shops, doctors, etc. all right around the block on Fresh Pond. This was truly our dream location!

The unit can be provided lightly furnished (we aren't taking large items like our queen size bed, some living room furniture, etc.) Or we can remove all of our things and have it unfurnished by January 30.

Our landlord has agreed to let us sublet the apartment for two months, then start a new lease in April 2025. The current rent is $2980 a month (without utilities).

We are a late twenties/early thirties couple looking for another couple or group of friends to rent our favorite apartment we've ever had. I have a complex disability and am relocating to where my support system lives, but we are currently under contract for our lease until February of 2026. If it weren't for my specific medical needs, we would stay here forever. We are absolutely gutted to leave this space and want to make sure it lands in the hands of someone who will treat it with love!
