El Sereno sits between Highland Park and South Pasadena. Great neighborhood, close to DTLA. The house has a coffee shop within walking distance and is 10 minutes from the bustling Figuroa Street in Highland Park.

The house has central heating and cooling, washer / dryer and off steet parking. Sit on the balcony as the sun sets and enjoy the LA winter.

We are a family of 4 who will be traveling over the break. We are looking for someone who will take care of our home as their own and enjoy everything the house has offer. Between the views and backyard, it's a great space and somewhere you can really relax while being central to East LA and everything it has to offer.
