3 bedroom in Williamsburg looking for a 3rd roommate.

$1450, plus utilities (around $100 a month)

Nice sized room (currently has a full bed but can comfortably fit queen) with closet and large window. The room is 9.10ft x 10.10ft.

The apartment’s living space is fully furnished (with a couch, smart TV record player, and more), has a large bathroom with a tub, a nice sized open kitchen with a gas stove, and central heating and air.

A private balcony is off the other two rooms, but we are more than okay with you walking through to use the balcony (within reason).

Across the street from the Salerno's Gas Station (Mario is our Landlord!), a post office, and a bodega. Half a block from a wine shop and several other amenities, including laundry mats.

Subway stations - between L/G at Lorimer and J/M/Z at Lormier.

We are looking for another female in their late 20s to mid/late 30s, and no pets are allowed.

I am Sarah, this apartment is my home and I have lived here for 9.5 years. I loved this neighborhood and have become close with the landlord, Mario, who provides great entertainment at the gas station.

Jo has been my roommate for around 4 years. She works in publishing.

We both enjoy a good bottle of wine, listening to music, cooking, and good/bad TV. Both of us love a good museum/gallery day.
