This studio apartment is located in an apartment building on the 4th floor with an elevator. It is not an accessible unit, there is a small staircase before accessing the elevator and a heavy exterior door. Elevator door is narrow, and the kitchen is fairly narrow as well.

All utilities (hot water, electric, gas, internet) are included. The dates are flexible, and I'm willing to possibly extend to a full month on either end of the listed dates, but I would need someone for at least two weeks.

The pictures show it's well lived in state currently. I am willing to move a fair amount of my belongings, bric-a-brac, and one closet free to the subletter. No pets, and no smoking.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Right on the northern end of Flatbush/PLG, three avenues from Prospect Park. Great bus service with B43 and B44 to Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, and Greenpoint right outside of your door. 2/5 service to Downtown Brooklyn and the city on the block.

Cafes and bars, thrift stores, restaurants, laundromats litter the immediate area. A decent walk will put you right on Flatbush and Washington Aves.

UNIT

You must have an affinity for warm tones and yellows, plants, and sunlight. Extremely warm with direct southern window sunlight, I keep a window cracked all winter. Small and cozy, but ample space for one person.

There is a full sized bed, curtains for the windows, and a desk for working at your computer or writing. Smart TV and as I mentioned, I will free up a closet. There is an air purifier and a weight set available to use. My plants will need to be watered probably twice while I am gone.

Some would say I have strange taste in art and ephemera. That's ok. Ideally, paintings stay put but we can negotiate moving them. All furniture will stay.

No laundry in the building, but there are plenty of mats around.

KITCHEN

I have a good amount of cookware. Pans, pots, baking dishes, baking trays, some bowls. There is a blender, an air fryer, a slow cooker, and a coffee machine/grinder. Small table that is really good for one person to eat at. No dishwasher.

You may have at my spices all you'd like.

BATHROOM

Nothin too fancy here.
