I am subletting my beautiful fully private studio at the Bendix building for at least a few months with the possibility to extend. It's available now until it's rented. There is 360 sq. ft available as I have some work stored in a small portion of the studio. Utilities are included, there's a freight elevator and a utilities sink down the hall. The Bendix is a fun space with lot's of artists and galleries. The common areas are kept very clean. My photos don't capture how nice the space is! It looks better in person.
