I will be in and out of LA going forward, working here seasonally for a few weeks every few months.

I am looking for an arrangement where someone can steward my home while I'm away and enjoy the entire property at a lowered rent, who wouldn't mind sharing the space (I would stay in the ADU) when I was home for a few weeks every few months.

The space is a 2 bed 1 bath house, classic 1920's LA Spanish Craftsman with an ADU in the back.
