It's quiet, cozy, very private and fully fenced in. it sits within very friendly neighborhood off of Hillside Dr, and is less than 5 minutes from town center, and 10 minutes from the beach. Woodland Hills is also only 15 minutes away inland.

It has a stand alone studio, great as an office, recording space, or yoga/workout unit. It has space for 3 cars, as well as a EV charger unit already installed. Strong Wifi, and I'll be adding a projector with Apple TV before Feb 1.

It's perfect for a family or a couple of roommates. and we're open to pets as long as you're willing to have the placed cleaning professionally and thoroughly.
