Accessibility details: there are a few steps to get into the foyer, as well as a few going down to the laundry room (that's free to use) and the communal backyard space.

No outdoor shoes please. Indoor slippers welcome. Please keep the space sanitary. I do my best to keep my home clean, as I am immunocompromised.

FYI for those with allergies: A friendly cat lives here normally. I will be placing her with a sitter, but if you prefer she stay, a discount will be given for cat care.
