I'm subletting my Laurel Canyon bungalow over the holidays and am looking for someone I can trust to take good care of it. It's a very tranquil space on a quiet street that's only a quick 5-minute drive to West Hollywood.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one recently renovated. It is fully furnished, with a brand new deck for outdoor entertaining and lots of natural light. The neighborhood has a few great walks with beautiful views of the city. You can also walk to the Canyon Country Store and a great Italian restaurant, Pace, at the foot of the road.

Please note that is not an accessible house, as there are some stairs that go up to the front gate and more stairs that go to the front door. The property is not child-proof. There is only street parking available. There are two TVs for all your streaming needs.

Price includes utilities.

Bi-weekly cleaning fee of $200 not included and to be paid directly to the cleaner.
