I am at the American Planning Association conference at the Colorado Convention Center. I will be there almost daily and at the house only in the mornings and evenings. I am looking for a place that is <45 min via walking or public transit. Ideally, a solo guest room (a private kitchenette and bathroom would be excellent but not essential) for relaxing and resetting. I'm a social creature, but expect I'll be pretty tapped out daily from networking. As an unpaid trip and a student on a budget, I hope to spend as little as possible and under $300.
After a decade in the nonprofit world as an arts administrator, I returned to school for a master's in City Planning. I'm in my final semester, focusing on affordable housing and community development. That said, I'm still an arts/culture and artist communities enthusiast :)
