It’s in one of the best locations for families in NYC— around the corner from Prospect Park on a quiet street. Next to an amazing coffee shop, bookstore, and yoga studio. A block from a highly rated public elementary school. It's one block into Windsor Terrace from the border of Park Slope. Also a block from the F train— very easy to commute from here.

The house is absolutely huge— there is a formal living room, a playroom in the basement, and an extra room upstairs we use for kids reading and relaxing.

The architectural details, including stained glass windows and parquet floors, add to the beauty of the place.
There is a great back deck and a YARD! Washer and dryer in the basement, and a new dishwasher.

There is also a truly abundant amount of storage here— the basement is half finished and half used for storage. It’s like having your own garage!

This place is a gem in the city. We’re looking for responsible people who will love it as much as we do.

*Please note: the 4th bedroom on the first floor (with its own bathroom) is currently being used as an office, but we’d be happy to put a bed in there if you’d need it.

We are a family of four (with two small children) who are bi-coastal between Brooklyn and Los Angeles, who are thrilled to be able to have a house on both coasts. We are working artists-- a novelist and a cinematographer-- and our kids are very busy creating and learning and growing. Our house is a great family home! Also extra space for just working and relaxing.
