About This Lister
I have a degree from RISD and show with Grimm gallery in NY/Amsterdam, and have the lease for the floor which is shared by 12 other artists/architects/designers/photographers. I originally got this particular space in 2004 and worked there myself for over 10 years. I hated to leave it, as it is truly my ideal work space. I'm now mostly in LA, though I did spend almost two years using the space again to make a solo show in NYC in 2018.

Good Credit and Proof of Income. First Month & Security Deposit Required. The lease will be guaranteed for at least one year. Tenant will be required to get their own liability policy for the space. The space is private, but you will have to walk through the front space to get to the bathroom / slop sink. My amazing tenant Graham, who has been in the front space for many years, will be showing you the space.
