A peaceful space with Northern facing windows providing soft, bright light, where you can find inspiration to create among a floor of other artists and creative professionals.

A brand new freight elevator provides street and direct floor access secured with a key fob. A lobby to receive packages also secured with fob and keypad is located on the ground floor.

The studio is well situated and available to be used by a single person or as a shared space.

-2 Bathrooms and 2 large sinks are available on the floor.
-Heat and electric is included.
-There is a work AC unit in the studio left by the previous -tenant.
-Wifi on the floor is per studio.
-Non Toxic work only with minimal dust.
