The house was built as an Inn in 1890, and is in charming Leeds, NY, a few minutes walk from an exalted swimming hole, coffee shop, bakery, Gracie’s Luncheonette and Casa Susanna. It’s a 7 min drive to downtown Catskill bookshops, restaurants, nightlife, and 15 minutes from the Hudson train station and downtown Hudson. 2 hours to Manhattan via Amtrak, 40 minutes to the Albany airport.

If you are in need of a few extra furnishings to fill out the space, we can provide an extra bed, couch, tables. We are looking for a one-year lease, and there is potential to extend at the end of that year.

We are artists and nonprofit workers, and have worked in construction and carpentry. So, we’re handy and we know how to keep up this funky old house.
