BEDROOM FOR SUBLET:

A southern facing room with high ceilings that gets a bunch of great natural light.

It measures around 10’5” by 11’5” and has a deep closet and plenty of space for a queen-size bed, dresser and/or desk. The room will be unfurnished.

THE REST OF THE APARTMENT:

Classic pre-war building located on tree-lined Eastern Parkway, a 20 minute walk to Brooklyn Central Public Library, Botanic Gardens, and Prospect Park.

We're on the top floor in a 4th floor walk-up. Our living room is spacious, with two south-facing windows, beautiful parquet floors, and shared closet space.

We have a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and one shared bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, with a big couch, a projector with streaming options (netflix, max, mubi), a dishwasher, etc.

About This Lister

We’re a queer couple in our early 30s – I’m a sommelier, and my partner works from home in public interest tech.

We’ve lived in this apartment for a few years now, and truly love it. We cook a lot and enjoy hosting friends for dinner or movie nights, and also use our home space to get creative – I tailor clothes and my partner is into watercolour these days.

We value our home and try to create a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming environment, and we’re looking for a roommate who shares those values.
