The space is located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard and is used for assembly and fabrication of furniture pieces as well as a photography studio. Heated space, no AC, no Wifi. Lots of natural light and windows. Medium levels of dust and noise are tolerated. No toxic materials (resins, fiberglass, solvents and that kind) allowed. Closes sink down the hallway 150 ft in the bathroom. Parking is available for an additional fee. Access to a Freight elevator.

I am a visual artist working in the intersection of furniture and sculpture. I use the space for the assembly, finishing and displaying of my work. Materials used are wood, plaster, concrete, paper pulp. My practice also includes photography so the space operates as a photo studio too. Mostly for tabletop work and the documentation of work. I am looking to sublet the space to someone who works with similar materials and produces a similar level of dust. I need someone clean and orderly who would take the 2/3 of the space as I am looking to downsize my footprint.
