We are looking for a renter for 8 months to a year. Our place is perfect for you if you want to settle in and fully indulge in upstate life. It's ideal for the person who wants to be in nature, but doesn't want to be completely secluded.

Nestled in a small valley, the actual property has a very special sense of place with woods and a pond out back, mountain views to the southwest, a fenced in front yard for your dog to play and a wrap-around porch that you'll enjoy all year round.

Location! We're 25 minutes from Hudson and 15 minutes from Windham, ie, perfectly positioned between the best of the Hudson Valley and the Catskills. It's rural and unpretentious, but not far from fabulous restaurants and cultural attractions.

Sundrenched 1726 sqft farmhouse on 1.5 acres. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath renovated farmhouse there are reclaimed hardwood floors and unique plaster walls throughout.

The house sits at the corner of 2 very quiet country roads in the sweetest hamlet in Greene County. It's fully furnished, which means you can easily step into upstate life without needing to do much at all. That said, it's minimally furnished, so if you did have a few furniture items you wanted to bring they will mostly likely fit.

The house sleeps 5. It's very spacious for a single person, a couple or a small family. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 twin) and a full bathroom. The main bedroom is a masterpiece in plasterwork with vintage wallpaper showing through and the bathroom upstairs has a unique limestone washbasin and a window that looks out towards the back woods.

Downstairs there is another full bathroom and a generous kitchen that is stocked with all the cooking and baking utensils you could want. There are three other rooms that provide ample room to work, relax and entertain. The sun room with it's white washed walls and vaulted ceiling is the perfect place to work, throw down a yoga mat or take a nap in.
