GREAT location - less than two blocks from the F/G at Church Ave (30 minutes to West 4th/Washington Square stop), 12 minute walk to the Q at Beverley
- 24 hour grocery market across the street (with reasonable prices and fresh fruit and veggies)
- Walgreens, deli (with great bagels), Dunkin Donuts, post office, pizza, Thai, sushi, and nail salon are all within 4 blocks of the apartment.
- 10 minute walk to cafes and restaurants at Ft. Hamilton or Courtelyou Rd.
- 12 minute walk to Prospect Park
- Good street parking if you have a car.

About the Roommates:
Hi there!! I am Mary, I'm originally from SF Bay Area, but lived in NYC since 2009. I am an actress/writer/producer and I also work full-time as a QA Engineer. My schedule is usually 9-5 but I mostly work at home, and I'm usually doing things after work as well. I love theatre, film, tv, hiking, dancing, live music and fun. :)

When home, I value having my own time to recharge and unwind, but will often catch up with roommates about our days and share updates in the kitchen/living room.

What I am looking for in roommates are people who are respectful of other people and things in the house. People who are generally happy, friendly, kind, considerate, consistent income and pay rent and bills on time. People who like to have fun but who don't bring the party home. Who are friendly but also know when to give space. Who clean up after themselves in all common areas and wash dishes as soon as they're done with them, don't leave dirty cups or plates or trash around - basically clean but not overly so. Who have a similar schedule or will be quiet when others are sleeping. Who might occasionally have friends or overnight guests but not all the time.

Aggie - I am originally from Latvia and have lived in New York for almost 20 years. I am a designer and work on freelance construction projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn as well as a kitchens planner at Brooklyn IKEA. My schedule is not a set 9-5 and I am home on Mondays and Tuesday, and may do some work at home, but mostly I work outside of the home. I often work on weekends. I am fairly social, but don’t usually have people over and give a warning to my roommates if I do. I am easy to get along with and I appreciate an occasional wine share on our lovely front porch or in our Living Room.

You
- Have your own friends, but would like to have dinner or share a glass of wine every once in awhile in the kitchen and catch up about life.
- Consistent income or financially solvent
- Respectful of common space, do your dishes, pitch in and clean, etc. We're pretty laid back, no schedule, we clean when it annoys us, but do try and tidy up and keep the place organized. Open to splitting a cleaning service.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Rent is $848 per month, plus utilities (usually ~$90 - 120 for internet, electric, + gas, though in Summer/Winter it has been a little higher)

Move in cost: 1st/Security - total move in for Nov 1 = $1696
1st: $848
Security Deposit: $848
then $848 on Dec 1 for December and thereafter
Lease would go to the end of August 2025. Renewal possible, that's just when it ends. You will be signing a sublease. The landlord has usually raised it a little bit each lease cycle.
