Our very special, spacious, and welcoming home is available for rent for 1 - 6 months, beginning March 1st. It is located in a French Revival historical landmark that harkens back to the Golden Age of Hollywood, but with many modern comforts (especially the chef's kitchen).

HOUSE RULES:

No smoking or vaping of any substances allowed inside the apartment or on the private patio.

Patio quiet hours are 10pm - 10am.
Piano quiet hours are 10pm - 10am.

There are only 15 units in the building, with three apartments to a floor. It is a small, friendly and respectful community, which you would be a part of. This is not a party building.

Mid-City/K-town is a central neighborhood with a WalkScore of 98. There are a ton of amazing restaurants, lots of street food, and landmark bars nearby, like the HMS Bounty and The Prince. You can walk to the historic Wiltern Theatre and Chapman Market.

It's 15 minutes to Hollywood, Downtown LA, and Culver City; 20 minutes to Beverly Hills, Silverlake/Los Feliz, and as little as 30 minutes to the beautiful coast.

About This Lister

We own the condo. We are your go-to contacts for any issues. The building is professionally managed.

We're getting ready to clear out the apartment and rent it long-term, but are hoping to be able to do that a little later in the year, hence the opportunity to rent short-term now.

Rental requirements

$4400 per month.
Security deposit depends on length of stay but won't exceed $2200 (for any lease under 6 months).
Security deposit and 1/2 of first month's rent due at lease signing; the remainder of the first month's rent is due 3 days before occupancy begins.
Cleaning deposit: $300; if the apartment is returned as you found it, the cleaning deposit can be refunded.

Gas, water, sewer/trash included; internet and electricity are not. Bills will be provided.

Standard application, and proof of funds for every applicant age 18+.

We are hoping to find tenants to begin their stay at the beginning of March and will consider various lease lengths. Thank you and we hope to hear from you!

Interested in renting long-term and unfurnished? Please reach out. The monthly rent will be a little higher/aligned with the market, but we would love to find long-term tenants for a 1 or 2 year lease!

Pets Policy

We will consider pets on a case-by-case basis and may charge a pet deposit. We will never charge pet rent.
