My home is available to rent during the months of June, July, & August.

This renovated cottage sits just on the edge of downtown Providence in the amazing Federal Hill/West End neighborhood which is full of hip restaurants, bars, and coffee shops!

It was recently updated to include a well-appointed backyard area w/ a grill, fire pit, dining table, lots of seating/umbrellas etc. The basement has also been renovated into a modern office w/ multiple workstations and a workout area that has a Peloton, weights and large yoga mat.

The house itself is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath single family home. It has a modern kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, Breville coffee station. Laundry, high speed internet, mini split A/C in all rooms including the office. All utilities are included in the rental. Room for one car in the driveway and a guest pass for street parking.

This is the perfect spot for a summer stay if you are looking spend time in RI or a longer stay wanting a location with easy access to Boston [1 hour train] or occasional trips to NYC [3.5 hour train] there is also a ferry from Providence to Newport RI in the summer months!

This home is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
