About this Lister

Anya Zaripova is a NYC based artist.

Her creative journey began the fall of 2021 - it was a natural extension of the joy she found in allowing herself to rest in the stillness of the present moment. It opened doors for creative intelligence to flow naturally through hands onto paper and the results are always surprising because everything happens spontaneously.

Everything that Anya comes in contact with has a potential to become a part of a drawing. Whether it’s natural world and its forms or an architectural object. Anything could be a source of inspiration.
The process is very simple: rough sketch of the shape and then filling it with whatever comes from the imagination.

Background and Expertise

I had an idea of creating alphabet filled with my whimsical imagination back in 2022. One of the letters I gave as a birthday present to my friend’s daughter and he thought it would be very unique to have these as special gifts not just for kids - for anyone! And that’s how the “letters” took off!
I’ve been making commissions since. Sometimes it’s a single letter, sometimes a full name!
I’ve also created collages for businesses: Frenchy NYC coffee shop as well as VITAL climbing gym.

A to Z Letters is a project that is incredibly fulfilling and each piece is created with a lot of heart. It’s very special to be entrusted with someone’s story and I care deeply about every step of the process.
