Hello! I'm subletting my charming, peaceful one bedroom apartment for the month of February. It is located a couple of blocks from Prospect Park, and is a seven minute walk to the B/Q station on Church (and is also very near excellent grocery stores on both Church and Cortelyou). The apartment is furnished, with hardwood floors throughout. It has high speed internet and AC. The kitchen has a gas range, as well as a microwave and dishwasher, and is well-equipped with all you need (pots, pans, dishes, as well as spices, etc.) I adore this place—it is a restful haven from the bustle of NY. I'd love to find the right person to enjoy spending some time here.
