The Apartment: Sublet my 1br/1ba near Alhambra Park. One half of a 1950s duplex with big rooms, a front office nook/guest area, washer/dryer, outdoor space, and a garage.
The Neighborhood: This leafy little zone is a 15-20 minute drive to Highland Park, Pasadena, and Downtown LA. It’s also close to park and rides for the A Line and served by several buses. The best part - you can walk to 3 grocery stores of different types within 20 minutes (and a Farmers Market and a great library!) and you also are walking distance from LA’s best Chinese food. In my opinion, this is one of the best neighborhoods in LA for walking (and in general).
About This Lister
I’m a mid-30s government worker/musician with two cats. I split time between this cozy house and the CA desert for work. I’m looking to sublet for some of the time that I’m away at work or traveling. My schedule is flexible and can usually accommodate yours!

The space is available for $80 per day (short term, preference for stays of 10 days or longer) which includes utilities - or, for longer term stays, for $2150 per month not including utilities.
