I'm traveling at the end of the year and I'm renting my cozy apartment in Greenpoint.

Hoping to find someone to stay in my home, feed my plants through the month of November, December, January and/or February.
I am looking for a respectful, more quiet person as parties won't be allowed.

The apartment is fully furnished. 55" smart TV with soundbar, Office space with 2 working stations. Very comfy pullout sofa bed in the living room, reverse osmosis water filter. Tons of light and private backyard.

It's located near the Graham stop on the L train and the Nassau stop of the G train. Next to McGolrick and very close to McCarren park.
Lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets closed by.

I am open to negotiating length of stay & rent if it is the right fit for everyone.
