*Dates: May 28 — September 1st. The start and end dates are a bit flexible.
*The rent is $2800 per month, plus a $1500 (refundable) deposit. The deposit is for security purposes and will be reimbursed at the end of the lease.
*Utilities not included in the rent.
*The apartment is perfect for a couple or one person. We’re looking for someone who is very clean, quiet, easygoing, and responsible (non-smoking).

*Duplex apartment on the 10th floor of an elevator building, large windows, lots of light and views to Manhattan, wood floors and very high ceilings in the living room.
*Apartment layout: the bedroom and study are in the mezzanine; the kitchen, living + dining room, and bathroom are in the ground floor.
*The mezzanine is large enough for a home office space (see pics).
*The building: renovated complex, clean, with excellent service (a large team of supers and cleaners) and a great atmosphere. The neighbors are respectful and friendly. There is a large laundry facility in the complex (card-operated and drop-off) and a large adjacent supermarket. There is parking space in the surrounding blocks.
*The neighborhood: Prospect/Crown Heights is an amazing neighborhood! Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and small shops steps away. The place in on Prospect Pl. between Franklin and Classon--the best part of Crown Heights!
*It is a 10 to 15-minute walking distance to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum.
*7-min walk to the Franklin ave. station, where you can catch the 2, 3, 4, and 5 subway lines trains, and a 12 min walk to the Franklin ave station of the C train. Any of these trains get you to Manhattan in 30 mins or less. There is, in addition, a shuttle train station that saves you the walk.
