Hi there, I am subletting my amazing loft in the Bronx,
Little Italy. My landlord would like to find a long term replacement tenant and the furniture will be included. This is an open-concept apartment with over 10 foot ceilings, ornate original moldings, lots of window and natural light so it is amazing for creative types. I do have a video of the unit I can share if you email me directly. Anyway, I would be happy to answer any and all questions. I have adored living in Bronx Little Italy. It is a quaint small community and I got to know all the local shop owners. I am a big coffee person and the vast array of incredible coffee shops here is mind-blowing. There is also a major creative movement happening here with tons of creative people moving into the neighborhood.
