**ABOUT THE HOUSE**
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including three bedrooms) a bathroom with bath/shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a variety of coffee making options,, board games, books, and an internet/Netflix enabled TV.

Three Bedrooms

Two rooms have king beds and one has a queen. Mattresses are from Tuft and Needle, Casper and Allswell, You’ll find a mix of pillows including contoured pillows to suit your preferences.

The Kitchen

Daniel loves to cook and he has set up a simple but well supplied kitchen including a Henckels knife set and a ceramic knife sharpener (as blunt knives are the worst), a La Creuset dutch oven, airfryer and Cuisinart pots and pans. We hate buying kitchen basics for a short stay so we’ll provide kitchen basics such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar and herbs and spices. Working from home

For those of you who need to work from home, there are two desks, second monitors and high speed internet.

Outdoors

Our favorite place is outside whether it’s on the deck grilling some food and enjoying some alfresco dining overlooking the river, cooling off in the river or roasting s'mores by the firepit.

Kids will enjoy the trampoline, fishing and exploring the grounds with its maple and apple trees and wild berries.

We are a New York City family who fell in love with the Catskills and bought our little piece of paradise by the river to enjoy when we can escape the craziness of life in the city. When we are not there, we love to share our special place with others who are looking for somewhere special to get away for skiing, fishing, hiking or just sitting on the balcony and watching the river.
