This is a two-bedroom apartment. We currently use one bedroom and the second one as an office. We do offer an air mattress bed if needed. The office tables and screens can used without any problem.
The apartment is spacious, with lots of natural light all day long, and during the afternoon, the sun comes in. There is a dishwasher and a very well-equipped kitchen for cooking.
The building has an elevator, gym, laundry, and a rooftop.
No pets
No parties
No smoking - this is extremely important.

A $500 00 security deposit is due after both parties agree on the rental terms and will be held until the contract is terminated. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION.
Rent is due on the 1st day of moving in.
