Hello, we're traveling to LA at end of January and would like to sublet our space, or swap with someone in LA. We are flexible on start and end dates and have listed our ideal ones.

Our place is in a new building with an elevator. There is a dishwasher. You can access the rooftop for amazing views, plus a balcony off the bedroom for a breath of fresh air. Bedroom windows face east so you get amazing morning light.

The space is cozy including a nook for reading, working on your laptop, or watching movies/TV on the pulldown projector screen.

The space should have everything you're looking for and the location is great. On Nostrand at Lafayette, directly across from the G train.
