The apartment is a small, bright, high ceiling one bed railroad apartment in nolita/Soho.

Location is incredible. Two blocks walk to the new museum, 6 line, soho, Chinatown, etc. A few blocks away from Balthazar, a walk to east Village, Tribeca, etc.

It’s an old old building, full of character. A 4th floor walk up. Cast iron bath (no shower) in sitting room. Small and very very basic kitchenette.
