Ideally looking for someone who needs to be in the city 3-4 nights per week and wouldn't consider it their primary residence. Maybe like so many people I know you moved out during the pandemic only to have to be back in the office a few days a week. It's a perfect crash pad with plenty of storage to keep the essentials. Prime location. Will save you tons compared to hotels or anything similar full-time.

Small quirk - no sink in bathroom. Living there solo never been an issue. Kitchen sink is right next to bathroom and has perfect setup for toiletry needs.
